Conditions of Carriage for Parcel Delivery 3.1 If you choose to use Legion Cabs Parcel Delivery Service: (a) You warrant that the goods are not considered Dangerous Goods. (b) You agree to terms regarding delivery authorization and recipient absence. (c) Legion Cabs will presume delivery based on GPS data or photographic evidence if available. 4. Communication Provider Charges 4.1 You acknowledge that using our Services may incur data and/or communication carriage charges. We are not responsible for any such charges. 5.
